Length: One-year program – Two semesters

Purpose:   With much of the fire service work being done by volunteer fire fighters, there is a need for in-service training as well as initial training for area volunteers. The Fire Science curriculum is designed to meet both needs.

Occupational Objectives:  Fire fighters in volunteer departments

Admission Requirements: Students must meet general admission requirements established by the college.
