|64322||ELEC 1310||Mine Electrical Repair Certification Training Structure: - This training involves interactive lectures and hands-on learning opportunities. It consists of three segments, spanning a six month period (150 instructional hours). Upon the completion of each segment, participants will be required to take a comprehensive exam of each section. Description of Certification: Upon successful completion and DMME testing, participants will receive certification as Mine Electricians, endorsed by the DMME Department Mining, Minerals, and Energy (DMME).

This eight hour interactive required training provides critical information on electrical principles and safety practices utilized by miners. Training instructors are certified in both Virginia and Kentucky, and can provide certification for either state.
