We offer two locations to choose from. Eagle Valley apartments are located adjacent to the college\u2019s main campus and Midway apartments are just a short drive away (10 minutes approximately).<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n

Housing is provided by the Southwest Virginia Community College\u2019s Educational Foundation\u2019s Real Estate Foundation, LLC. A standard lease is 10 Months. Leases typically begin and end in alignment with SWCC’s semester schedules. Private bedroom and private bathroom with the option of a shared bedroom and bathroom for a discounted rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
