Their clients are regularly featured in VCEDA, SBDC, and Virginia Business publications. It cooks up the joy of a backyard barbecue, and strives to fix authentic, affordable slow-smoked barbecue with exceptional flavor coupled with providing a friendly, community-focused experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWorking with Preston through the SWCC SBDC, we have witnessed firsthand his dedication and talent,\u201d said SWCC SBDC Director Denise Harmon. \u201cHis passion for producing top-tier barbecue and creating a signature sauce sets his food truck apart.
