Our primary mission is to assist the industries of southwest Virginia to become more competitive. All MTC Project Managers have an average of over 20 years of hands-on experience in a wide range of industries. All are certified Lean Manufacturing facilitators through the National Institute of Standards and Technology Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NIST-MET)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.doe.virginia.gov\/instruction\/adulted\/ged\/index.shtml\"><b>Southwest Regional Adult Education-GED<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Southwest Regional Adult Education Program offers free basic skills instruction to adult students, 18 and older, living in the counties of Buchanan, Dickenson, Russell, and Tazewell in Virginia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Southwest Virginia Workforce Investment Board<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each WIB provides oversight for the Workforce Investment Act programs, acts as a catalyst to provide seamless services among various workforce programs, and provides community leadership around workforce issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vadrs.org\/\"><b>Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Department of Rehabilitative Services provides services to help Virginians with disabilities become more independent and self-sufficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dss.state.va.us\/\"><b>Virginia Department of Social Services<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Virginia Department of Social Services provides services for adults and children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vec.virginia.gov\/\"><b>Virginia Employment Commission<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The VEC provides employers and job seekers, with unemployment benefits, and labor market information. Our mission is to promote economic growth and stability by delivering and coordinating workforce services.
