Housing is provided by the Southwest Virginia Community College’s Educational Foundation’s, Real Estate Foundation, LLC. A standard lease is 10 Months. Leases typically begin and end in alignment with SWCC’s semester schedules. Private bedroom and private bathroom with the option of a shared bedroom and bathroom for a discounted rate.
