We offer two locations to choose from. Eagle Valley apartments are located adjacent to the college’s main campus and Midway apartments are just a short drive away (10 minutes approximately).
Housing is provided by the Southwest Virginia Community College’s Educational Foundation’s, Real Estate Foundation, LLC. A standard lease is 10 Months. Leases typically begin and end in alignment with SWCC’s semester schedules. Private bedroom and private bathroom with the option of a shared bedroom and bathroom for a discounted rate.
Our apartments are exclusively available to students attending Southwest Virginia Community College.
