The Student Newsletter is published weekly and accepts article submissions from faculty, staff and students.

Neither the Office of Student Engagement or the Advising Center can be held accountable for articles not placed into newsletters which are not submitted through this link to avoid confusion, conflicting information, and to ensure accuracy of information received. We must also have records indicating permission to utilize the photos of students (permission can be obtained using the document in the submission form) if they accompany your submissions.

Please review FERPA and HIPAA policies, campus policies and procedures, and department supervision prior to article submission.


Effective February 2022:

Deadlines for Student & Campus Information Newsletter: Fridays by close of business. Submissions to students and campus personnel on Mondays.

Articles submitted after this time will be posted in the following Monday's newsletter unless deemed urgent by administration.

Deadlines for Student Activities & Engagement Newsletter: Mondays by close of business. Submissions to students on Tuesdays.

Articles submitted after this time will be posted in the following Tuesday's newsletter unless deemed urgent by administration.
