Southwest and all VCCS colleges are moving to a new cloud-hosted MySouthwest/myVCCS portal on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. Nothing in your portal will change, this only affects security and how you log in to the portal.
Starting at 7:00 am on the 24th, you will see a new portal interface and login screen. After entering your username you will automatically be redirected to a “Claim Account” screen. A claim code will be sent by either SMS text or an email address (depending on what we have on file for you). Next, you will be required to enter your birth date and the claim code. Finally, you will be required to update your password. Please note that the new password must be at least 14 characters and meet new complexity rules. Below are instructions on how to claim your account.

All Southwest locations are closed for Winter Break from December 23, 2024, to January 1, 2025.
All locations closing at 12:45 PM on Fri, Dec 20, due to inclement weather. Remaining day & night classes are cancelled. Classes & games are also canceled Sat, Dec 21 and Sun, Dec 22.
