Southwest Library will dismiss early at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 27, 2022, and will be CLOSED in observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 30, 2022. Southwest Library will be OPEN Spring/Summer intersession May 16-June 2, 2022, Monday-Friday, 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m. with no extended evening hours. Regular Summer semester hours will begin Friday, June 3, 2022, the first day of Summer classes. Library staff will be creating student, faculty, and staff IDs during open hours. The Library is open for currently enrolled students, faculty and staff, and community patrons to use computers, printers, copiers and to obtain student, faculty/staff, and community photo IDs; study rooms and study areas are available on a limited basis at this time. Material resources and research services are available in print for checkout and online through remote access format only, accessible to students using their MYSouthwest ID and Password. Effective March 14, 2022, individuals may choose whether or not to wear masks while on campus, in buildings, or at events, including Dellinger Hall and Southwest Library. Screening guidelines and symptom/exposure reporting remain in place per the COVID-19 Prevention & Response guidelines. The Library is currently OPEN to community and public access.

PRIMO Search

PRIMO Search is available to assist you in finding research materials. It is a one-stop place to search for library print, electronic, and digital materials and to discover and access journal articles, e-books, databases, and more.

Hours of Operation

The Library is open Monday-Thursday from 7:45 am-6 pm and Friday 7:45 am-4:30 pm for current students, faculty and staff and community patrons to use services and resources such as computers, printers, copiers, etc.; study rooms and study areas are available on a limited basis.
