Introducing: The Hub

Hello, Flying Eagles! 

We are excited to announce The Hub, your one-stop portal to request campus services. The Hub will replace the request systems previously used by IT, Maintenance & Housekeeping, and Events – plus we will be adding Marketing & Communications, Human Resources, and other departments that provide services to campus. The main goal of The Hub is to have a single place to request services across campus. 

Following the launch on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, you can access The Hub using your mySouthwest login at https://www.sw.edu/hub

The Hub is powered by Team Dynamix (TDX) through the VCCS system office. We encourage you to use the training material provided here to familiarize yourself with the system. 

The Hub will enable you to: 

  • Submit new tickets based on the category and services
  • Provide details and receive updates on tickets
  • Easily add attachments to your tickets
  • View your current and previous requests
  • Request specific services
  • Find answers to common questions in the Knowledge Base  

To better serve you, please initiate service requests using The Hub instead of sending emails. 

For easy access, a tile has also been added to MySouthwest:
