Computed Tomography

Regional health organizations have expressed a need for CT technologists in their facilities. With a CT certificate from Southwest Virginia Community College, you can get full preparation to join their team.

You’ll get a great education plus training needed for the National Registry examination 1 leading to advanced certification as a Registered Radiographer in CT by the ARRT.

A QUALITY EDUCATION

The Career Studies Certificate in Computed Tomography Imaging is designed to prepare selected students to qualify as contributing members of the allied health interdisciplinary team. This program is for registered ARRT or CNMT technologists who wish to learn a new modality, are technologists already doing CT but need classes to meet ARRT’s Structured Education requirements, or are ARRT technologists needing CEUs.
