Festival of the Arts Eagle Con will be held in KCC Gymnasium. The Athlete’s Blender, Mountain Dogs, Hungry Fellars, and Lou Lou’s Ice Cream Parlor food trucks will be set up in the KCC parking lot beginning at 11 am.
