Southwest Virginia Community College publicly reports actual findings of violations of the institution’s code of conduct or of federal or state laws pertaining to hazing that are reported to campus authorities or local law enforcement in accordance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act (SCHA; H.R.5646) and the Code of Virginia (§ 23.1-822).
