COVID Comeback Workshop for Small Businesses

Covid Comeback Small Business Survival Session

CEDAR BLUFF, VA – Southwest Virginia Community College and the Small Business Development Center at the college is hosting “COVID Comeback – A Small Business Survival Session.” on Friday, February 26, 2020 from 8am to noon.

This valuable event will be held virtually and features free registration thanks to event sponsors, with a limited number of slots available.

The program is designed to empower and encourage small business owners to overcome COVID-19, grow their businesses and continue to serve their communities.

Topics to be covered by a variety of panelists include business strategies, legal issues, marketing strategies, maintaining social distancing, proper cleaning and PPE procedures, emerging long-term best practices, how to apply for grant funding, the latest Virginia Department of Health guidelines, and how to maintain employee health and wellness.

Thanks to donations, there will also be drawing for giveaways including a blender, meal kits, and Food City gift cards.
