Dr. Clint Hayes, President of Southwest Virginia Community College, met today with Rachel Patton, Executive Director of the Southwest Virginia Workforce Development Board. This meeting served as an introduction and a foundation for future collaboration to address the region’s evolving workforce needs.
“Building strong partnerships with organizations like the Workforce Development Board is essential for the economic growth of our communities,” said Dr. Hayes. “I look forward to working closely with Executive Director Patton and her team to align our college’s programs with the needs of local employers, ultimately creating more opportunities for our students.”
