Southwest Students attend Leadership the Disney Way Workshop

SGA and Honor students had a great experience at the Leadership the Disney Way Workshop, where they explored their personal leadership styles. They also discussed the importance of maintaining a positive attitude through challenges, and applying Disney’s 5 Keys of Excellence, including Safety, Courtesy, Efficiency, Show, and Inclusion. Andrew Addison, an SWCC alumnus, met with students to share his journey and insights from his work with Walt Disney Imagineering, offering a firsthand look into creative innovation and leadership.
