Summer Session 2020

Minimester

  • May 8              First day of Minimester classes
  • May 19          Last Day for students to self-withdraw without academic penalty. Faculty are not to withdraw any students without documentation approved by their dean. Financial Aid is 100% earned.
  • May 25           Last day to self-withdraw from class without academic penalty
  • May 29            Last day of Minimester classes

Regular Session

  • June 8             First Day Of Regular Classes
  • June 17          Last day to add a class, change from credit to audit, or drop a class and receive a refund.
  • July 3              College Closed-Observance Of Independence Day
  • July 17          Last Day for students to self-withdraw without academic penalty. Faculty are not to withdraw any students without documentation approved by their dean. Financial Aid is 100% earned.
  • August 13          Last Day Of Classes
  • August 14        Final Grades due for regular & Term II by 4:30 PM
  • August 15.    Official grades visible in SiS

Term I (Five Week) Session

  • June 8         First Day Of Term 1 Classes
  • June 12        Last Day To Add A Class/Change From Credit To Audit/Drop A Class & Receive Tuition Refund
  • June 26      Last Day for students to self-withdraw without academic penalty. Faculty are not to withdraw any students without documentation approved by their dean. Financial Aid is 100% earned.

  • August 13  Last Day Of Classes
  • August 14 . Final Grades due by 4:30 pm

Fall Semester 2020

General

Fall Semester tuition payment is due the first day of semester for all enrolled classes.(August 24th) After the semester begins, payment is due upon enrollment.

  • August 19  Students may begin Financial Aid purchases in Bookstore
  • September 8 Last day to return books to the Bookstore
  • September 8 Last day to charge books in the Bookstore
  • September 14 Advanced Registration for Spring Begins
  • December 14-18 Final Exams
  • December 21 All Grades are Due by 10:00 am (Copies of grade rosters due in Division Office)
  • December 21 Students may view their grades via the Web by 5 pm.
