The OTA program has taught me so much and I have made so many friends during my time in the program. OTA is so rewarding and fun! If you are considering the OTA program or just Southwest in general, you won’t regret it!
Everyone cares. Everyone is compassionate. Everyone wants you to do well and see you succeed and they’re willing to help you if you need it.
They were so helpful. Southwest is significant to me, and holds such a monumental place in my life.
