Calling all Flying Eagles! Get your costumes ready for the Monster Mash Bash! Celebrate Halloween with friends, music, games, treats, and a costume contest that’ll crown the best-dressed on campus. Come for the scares, stay for the fun, and make this a night to remember!

Take an after-lunch break and treat yourself at the Black Bird Bakery Coffee Social! Swing by the Buchanan Hall Lobby for fresh coffee provided by the Eagle Cafe, enjoy delicious pastries, and a chance to catch up with friends (or make some new ones). It’s the perfect way to recharge your day!

Students (and faculty/staff who were first-gen themselves) share their journeys—challenges, surprises, and wins—in a supportive, open-mic format. The aim is to normalize struggles and inspire each other.

Hands-on breakout sessions covering topics like financial aid hacks, building credit, time management, networking for introverts, and navigating imposter syndrome. Sessions are led by faculty, local professionals, and successful first-gen alumni.

Booths from campus support services, tutoring, mental health, transfer advisors, and local organizations. The twist: each booth offers a “pro tip” or quick activity to make resources less intimidating.

 Food and music event featuring first-generation students, faculty, and staff. The entire campus community is invited.

Each day brings a new way to unwind—coloring books to spark your creativity, a Nap Party for some well-deserved rest, a campus walk to clear your mind, and a full day dedicated to pure relaxation.
