    Festival of the Arts Empty Bowls and Student Art Show will begin at 12:15 in the Art Gallery. The Student Art Show will feature the work of Southwest students in a variety of mediums. The Empty Bowls Lunch ($20) features one-of-a-kind ceramic bowls crafted by students from Lebanon High School, Richlands High School, and Southwest
