TEAS Testing

Please complete this form to register for an appointment to take your TEAS Test for the RN (Registered Nurse) or AH (Allied Health for Radiography applicants) for Southwest Virginia Community College.

TEAS Testing appointments are first-come, first-serve due to limited spacing.

THIS TEAS TESTING REGISTRATION IS FOR SWCC APPLICANTS ONLY! If you are applying at a different school you must take the TEAS test through that school.

Within 48 business hours (excluding weekends, holidays, breaks, or college closings) after you complete and submit the form, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided on this form along with further testing instructions.
